We are looking for a Head of Commercial Finance leader to serve as a key strategic thought partner to executive leadership, helping shape critical business decisions across pricing, monetization, channel strategy, and long-term growth across the organization’s commercial operations. In this highly visible role, you'll have a seat at the table for some of Pattern's most important commercial conversations, influencing the future of a rapidly evolving global e-commerce business. This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, UT.   What is a day in the life of a Head of Commercial Finance <li>Partner with executive, commercial, and sales leadership to provide guidance on pricing, monetization, channel strategy, and contract reviews, while evaluating commercial risks and opportunities to drive growth and profitability</li> <li>Lead the Pricing team, including financial review of new deals, expansions, and renegotiations; own, refine and improve Pattern’s financial deal model; evaluate new products and business models; and pricing related to promotional activities</li> <li>Lead Commercial Finance’s Annual Operating Plan and forecasts, scenario modelling, and month end close activities</li> <li>Develop and mentor the Commercial Finance team, fostering a data-driven and collaborative environment</li> What will I need to thrive in this role?
